The Process

Our Microblading Specialist will work with you to design your brows until you’re happy with the shape. A numbing cream is applied for comfort, and then safe pigments are used to create natural-looking results. After letting the pigment settle for 15–20 minutes, we’ll do a final check to ensure you love your new brows before you’re on your way!

Does it hurt?

We do everything possible to keep the process comfortable. A topical anesthetic is applied before microblading, followed by a liquid anesthetic during the procedure. While some clients may feel slight discomfort, most find the treatment to be virtually pain-free.

Please note: Pain sensitivity may be higher if you are a frequent smoker or if your appointment falls during your menstrual cycle.

How long is the appointment?

Your appointment takes about three hours on average. Throughout the process, we’ll consult with you to make sure we’re always on the same page. About half of the time is dedicated to numbing, measuring, and carefully mapping out a symmetrical brow shape while finalizing your ideal color. The remainder of the appointment is spent performing the actual procedure.

Is the follow up appointment included in the price?

To ensure your brows heal perfectly, a minimum of two treatments is typically needed, scheduled 4–6 weeks apart. The first touch-up is included and allows us to correct any areas that may have faded or make adjustments to the shape or color based on your preferences.

How long does Microblading last?

The treatment is considered semi-permanent and will fade over time. Touch-ups are recommended every 1-2 years maintain shape, color, and detail. How often depends on a number of factors including:

  • Skin type (oily skin fade faster)

  • Pigment color used (lighter colors fade faster)

  • Sun exposure (over time can cause fading and discoloration of the pigment)

  • Use of daily anti-aging products e.g.- (Tretinoin (Retin-A) & Alpha Hydroxy). These products increase your cell turnover rate and will shorten the life of your cosmetic tattoo

Can I exercise after Microblading?

Avoid working out for 7 days after your microblading appointment. Light exercise is okay, but any sweating requires gently cleaning the brow area with lukewarm water immediately afterward. Sweat can fade the pigment quickly, which may affect your results.

Can I get tattooed if I'm pregnant?

As a precaution to avoid any complications, we do not perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant women.
