Thanks for being a Sedora client!

To respect the time of our providers and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of:

• $50 for injectable appointments
• 15% of the scheduled service price for aesthetic treatments.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of:

• $100 for injectable appointments
• 25% of the scheduled service price for aesthetic treatments.

These fees help us accommodate clients on our waitlist and minimize lost appointment time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No Refunds

All services, treatments, packages, memberships, deposits, and product purchases are non-refundable. Results may vary, and additional treatments or services may be recommended to achieve your desired outcome.

Injectable Touch-Ups & Corrections

Complimentary injectable touch-ups or corrections may be provided only when medically or aesthetically indicated to address asymmetry or a correction related to the original treatment. For neurotoxins, any concerns must be evaluated after the standard 2-week settling period. Additional Botox, filler, or other injectable product requested for increased volume, additional correction, or further aesthetic enhancement will be considered a new treatment and charged accordingly.
