Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

Thanks for being a Sedora client!

To respect the time of our providers and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of:

• $50 for injectable appointments
• 15% of the scheduled service price for aesthetic treatments.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of:

• $100 for injectable appointments
• 25% of the scheduled service price for aesthetic treatments.

These fees help us accommodate clients on our waitlist and minimize lost appointment time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
