Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

Thanks for being a Sedora client!

As of Monday 8/19/2024, we will reinstate our last-minute cancellation policy.

This is not to penalize but instead to ensure that our amazing estheticians maintain a schedule. As they work solely on commission and tips, a last-minute cancellation deprives someone else from that appointment time and your tech from a paycheck. We will now require a card be stored on file when booking appointments.

• Injectable Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 fee.

• All Other Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee based on the service cost.
